We will accept all authorized returns. All returns are accepted if the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid return label and will email you with the label included within the attachment. Just print the label, attach it to any box / package put your item(s) inside and return the items. You will have 30 days to return the item(s) for a full refund once you receive the free return label. Once we receive the item(s) we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account. Please note free return labels are available for items that have shipped within 48 continental states only.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food items, baked goods, candy, gift baskets, or health and wellness items cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate in nature such as, body care, hair care, sanitary goods, perfume, lotions, cosmetics and or also including gift cards

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
