We will accept all authorized returns. All returns are accepted if the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid return label and will email you with the label included within the attachment. Just print the label, attach it to any box / package put your item(s) inside and return the items. You will have 30 days to return the item(s) for a full refund once you receive the free return label. Once we receive the item(s) we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account. Please note free return labels are available for items that have shipped within 48 continental states only.
Please contact us at email@example.com to receive an RMA # for your return. Please include your Order #, item(s) returning, and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food items, baked goods, candy, gift baskets, or printed material cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate in nature such as, body care, hair care, sanitary goods, perfume, lotions, cosmetics and or also including gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
PLEASE DO NOT send the items you wish to return to the manufacturer.
There are certain conditions were an item(s) may not be eligible for a refund. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is returned with missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS: (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a return credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: (if applicable)
If it has been longer than expected and you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account or statement once again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
SALE ITEMS: (if applicable)
Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded, unfortunately promotional and or discounted items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES: (if applicable)
We only replace item(s) if they are defective or damaged that have shipped within the 48 continental states. If you need to exchange it for the same item, kindly email us at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will then send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed regarding your return.
