Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid return label and will email you with the label included within the attachment. Just print the label, attach it to any box / package put your item(s) inside and return the items. You will have 30 days to return the item(s) for a full refund once you receive the free return label. Once we receive the item(s) we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account. Please note free return labels are available for items that have shipped within 48 continental states only.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
