We will accept all authorized returns. All returns are accepted if the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid return label and will email you with the label included within the attachment. Just print the label, attach it to any box / package put your item(s) inside and return the items. You will have 30 days to return the item(s) for a full refund once you receive the free return label. Once we receive the item(s) we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account. Please note free return labels are available for items that have shipped within 48 continental states only.
Please contact us at email@example.com to receive an RMA # for your return. Please include your Order #, item(s) returning, and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food items, baked goods, candy, gift baskets, or printed material cannot be returned. There are certain conditions were an item(s) may not be eligible for a refund. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or is returned with missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
