How To Place An Order
Submit your order via our wholesale site at https://treasures-4-u-2-day.com
Wholesale pricing applies to all registered users. You must be a registered user to qualify for wholesale pricing on our site. If you have not yet registered, please go to the website, click on "Subscribe" then "Create New Account". Follow the prompts and submit your information.

MSRP

Products or goods purchased from treasures-4-u-2-day shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). In the event the Wholesale Account chooses to place the products or goods for sale at a discount, the Wholesale Account shall not discount the products more than 35% below MSRP. Permission for special sale events beyond the 35% discount by the Wholesale Account must be requested in writing to johnrichjames@treasures-4-u-2-day.com and will typically be granted on a semiannual basis.

Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 35% off the MSRP plus the cost of shipping. Trade clients (interior designers, decorators, home shopping groups, etc.) will also receive 35% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will cover 100% of the shipping costs for any orders over $500. We cover the cost of postal insurance for any shipments through the USPS

Returns
Returns must be made in writing directly to johnrichjames@treasures-4-u-2-day.com within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without our prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. All goods that are worn, damaged, stained and or compromised in any manner that would otherwise deem them as unacceptable as in like new condition are considered unsuitable for resale and not eligible for a return credit. Also any item(s) that are intimate in nature such as cosmetics, fragrance, body lotion, or personal care items cannot be returned. Once the return item(s) are approved, we (the company) will issue a free return shipping label. Please email us with details of the product and or item(s) prior to returning it.

Payments
treasures-4-u-2-day accepts all major credit and debit cards MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal account payments. All credit card payments do not incur a merchant and or processing fee.

Checks
Checks returned due to insufficient funds could be considered fraud and subject the check writer to prosecution and fines. However, we understand that usually there is no deliberate criminal and or malicious intent and, in these circumstances, we will only charge the customer a reimbursement to replace missing funds, bank fees, and or other incurred costs.

Shipping
Shipping is usually not included in the cost of goods. On all orders freight will be charged on each invoice at a rate of 7% per invoice total, a minimum charge of $15.00 will apply although it is usually sometimes less.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact johnrichjames@treasures-4-u-2-day.com within 5 days of receipt to report damaged or defective shipments and or to make a claim. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

Delivery Window
For all orders within the U.S. please allow at least 5 to10 days from the time you place your order for completion and or delivery of items. International orders may require a little more time: please contact johnrichjames@treasures-4-u-2-day.com for item(s) order information, tracking info. and or ETA

Backorders
Out of stock goods will be backordered and shown on your invoice. If back-ordered goods are in stock at the time of your next order, they will be added to your order without duplication. Outstanding backorders will be shown on each invoice. If you wish to cancel any backorder or not have back-orders listed at all, please inform us. Back orders under $300 will be shipped on the same terms as outlined in the shipping section above. Back orders over $500 shipping charges will not apply.

Shipping International Orders
We do not ship international orders currently. The primary reason being we have experienced too many customs and shipping complications as well as the inability to make a promise to deliver at a certain date to make this worthwhile for the customer.
